Worska began with Sebastian and Anthony, and a shared interest in the possibilities within overlooked properties.
We’re building a company around thoughtful acquisition, careful renovation, and long-term ownership. Our ambition is to create spaces that serve the people who use them—and to make considered decisions at every step.
We’re early in that journey. As we grow, we intend to build a portfolio that extends from residential transformations to rentals and larger developments. Each project will be an opportunity to put our principles into practice.
